How much is shipping?

How do I place an order?
You can place your request via Toll-Free telephone, fax, email, or mail OR simply click on our “Order” page. All order requests will be confirmed by PHONE and an Order Confirmation will be emailed to you within 2 business days of receiving your request.
How do I know that my order was received?
Within 2 business days of receiving your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation which provides all of your order details, the production milestones and payment terms. Thereafter, a representative will call you directly to follow-up on the email and answer any additional questions or concerns.
Do you offer RUSH SERVICE?
Absolutely! Call us now! The best way to avoid any time delay is to have lots of details concerning your order when you call.
How do I prepare my artwork so you can reproduce it?
Just send us a a digital image file. We can reformat your file [e.g. JPEG (.jpg), Bitmap (.bmp)] and make the necessary corrections to produce the best product possible.
How will you ship my order?
Our preferred standard method is our UPS account. If shipping via an expedited method, we will ship UPS Air or FedEx Air.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
As a promotional product supplier, your satisfaction is our primary goal! In the unlikely event that we, or one of our vendors, make an error in the order, we will do everything possible to quickly resolve the problem at our own expense.
How much is the set-up fee?
Unless otherwise specified, each job requires that we prepare art, create film and a print pad for each color and location of the imprint, plus the adjustment of various machine settings. A setup is the same whether the order is for 100 pieces or 50,000 pieces. We charge a one-time $20 set-up fee on all new orders approved by a customized digital proof or a one-time $60 set-up fee on all new orders approved by a printed customized sample to cover the cost of producing your customized proof/sample.
What if I do not have a logo to attach to my order?
You DO NOT need to have a logo attached to your order – you may choose to have your item customized with just a name and contact information. If you do not have a logo, but would like one, we have a team of experienced graphic designers and marketing specialists to assist you in creating your one-of-a-kind logo.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks following your approval of the customized proof/sample.
How do I pay for my order?
First, you pay either the $20 or $60 one-time set-up fee for your customized proof/sample. Your full order is paid for once you approve the customized proof/sample. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards and checks/money orders.
